In the event of a defect in the product, we, Aquareel, bear all fees.
In the event of replacement or return, the customer bears the cost of shipping fees.
Any product that has been used cannot be replaced or returned.
Products discounted by more than 5% cannot be replaced or returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging without scratches or any damage.
